As a therapist, I bring ten years of experience in mental health treatment with people of all ages, specifically focused on depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and crisis intervention. Aside from talk-therapy, I am an art therapist and I'm happy to incorporate aspects of this technique into your session. Art therapy may not be for everyone, so do not be deterred! I believe strongly in the benefits of mindfulness and client-centered practice in my sessions. I also employ solution-focused techniques, which can give direction and gratification towards fulfilling your goals.
I graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Visual Arts. I went on to earn my Master's degree in Art Therapy from The George Washington University.
