I also provide tailored support to parents navigating emotional and behavioral challenges with their children, as well as the reactions these may bring up in you. For individuals, this might mean taking a step back and reexamining old patterns that are no longer serving you. For couples, this might include identifying and interrupting unhelpful cycles.
I use a variety of theoretical orientations including humanistic and existential (considering what matters and creates meaning for each of us), psychodynamic and attachment-based (examining how our early experiences may impact our patterns today), and post-modern (taking into account the ways the systems in which we live affect our human experiences).
