I specialize in women’s and perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, loss, infertility, identity shifts, parenting struggles and relationship changes. My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a grounded, warm presence. Together, we’ll help you feel more regulated, more confident, and more connected to yourself.

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy integrating primarily behavioral therapies, IFS/Parts work, EMDR/ Brainspotting. My style is highly individualized, combining nervous system regulation, skills-based strategies, and deeper processing work. Treatment is collaborative, structured when helpful, and tailored to support lasting, meaningful change.
