Growing up today is incredibly hard, and navigating the school years can feel like an uphill battle for both children and parents. I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with executive functioning, perfectionism, anxiety, and OCD. These struggles can manifest in academic struggles leaving you feeling helpless, isolated, and exhausted. I understand how painful it is to watch your child struggle, and how frustrating it is when you try everything you know how to do, but it still isn’t enough. Please know this: you are doing the best you can, and you do not have to figure this out alone.
I provide a safe, personalized space rooted in trust and humor to build resilience. Whether through therapy, parent coaching, or an evaluation, I use evidence-based approaches to foster growth. A cornerstone of my practice is spearheading collaboration with parents, schools, and medical teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
