Abby specializes in psychotherapy and integrative wellness coaching. She has thirty years of experience counseling children, adults and families and coaching adults through life transitions. Abby obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University with a concentration in Family Mental Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and upholds the highest standards in her field as a Board Certified Clinical Social Worker.
Abby's interest in integrated wellness and the mind-body-spirit connection has spanned her career. She is certified in TransEgo Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps alleviate emotional triggers and encourages new ways of thinking. She is skilled in stress reduction, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, communication training and CBT.
A Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Abby assesses personality preferences and helps individuals capitalize on their strengths.
