I strive to be empathetic and understanding while also helping clients explore different perspectives and thinking patterns.
I utilize a mix of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you accept your thoughts without letting them control you, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, we’ll explore the root of your behaviors, how they impact your life, and whether they align with what matters most to you.
My decision to become a counselor is grounded in my own personal experiences with mental health.
