I combine what clients bring to session with my clinical knowledge, to cultivate growth, unconditional acceptance, and comfort, to explore what is necessary for healing & growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to assist clients with learning about their thought-patterns and how to create a healthier inner-dialogue.
Through Creative Writing I am also able to assist my clients with learning to articulate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and expressive manner. Therapy can be a scary thing at first. By facing your fears and reaching out to me, you may begin to see, with each session, life can become more manageable, making the journey truly worthwhile.
