My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image and acceptance, and ADHD. I focus on understanding emotions, the mind-body connection, and self compassion and acceptance. I am trained in EMDR and as an ADHD coach for teens and college students.
