Hi, I’m Abby! I'm a full-time school counselor and mental health therapist who feels deeply called to support people through life’s challenges. I’ve worked with children ages 3 to 18, young adults, and adults. My background as a teacher, school counselor, and experience working in foster care shaped my compassionate, curious, respectful, and whole-person based approach. Every role I’ve held has reinforced my belief in meeting people where they are and honoring each individual’s story.
I specialize in play-based therapy with children, supporting parents and families through challenging seasons, and helping young adults navigate identity, transitions, and early adulthood. I also work with adults facing stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes—because growth and healing are lifelong.
