At least, everything that works for “everyone else”. I’m Abby. I specialize in working with people who think a little differently. Whether you’re a teen (or a parent of one), neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, OCD, etc.), or experiencing burnout, I want you to get back to feeling "normal". Maybe even better than!
I don’t believe therapy is “one size fits all”. No one knows you like you do. They don’t know how many water bottles are in your room or car right now. They may know you’re really funny, but they don't always give you credit. I take time to get to know you. Then we build a plan using things that not only work in theory, but work for you!
I want you to be the hero of your story! I want you to have the best relationships with your teen, friends, or family! I use clinically proven treatment methods, and adapt them to be strengthening for you. If something's not working, why try that thing for years?
