I create a relaxed, fun, and personable therapy experience! I enjoy working with all individuals aged 6+. In our time together, I will teach therapeutic devices such as coping skills, symptom management, emotion identification, cognitive restructuring, and self-care. I am trained in EMDR which allows clients to reprocess trauma and combat negative core beliefs they hold about themselves. My athletic background allows me to relate to active individuals and connect their physical and mental health. I enjoy working with clients on navigating life transitions, such as graduation, moving, and new relationships.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and have experience working with transgender individuals on gender exploration and identity. Together, we will overcome mental health barriers so you can engage in healthy relationships, function effectively at school and work, and accomplish your goals without mental health complications being the inhibitor.
