About
Life's hurtles can create stress and anxiety and seeking help can be frightening, I want to congratulate you on taking the first step. Friends and family are an invaluable support, but often you need more. Through a unique blend of solution focused, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approaches we will work together to confront your anxiety and create a path toward a more satisfying life. I am a licensed clinical social worker and received my Masters degree from Columbia University. I completed my clinical training through the NYU Langone Medical Center and have been working in private practice ever since.
Through my practice I have developed a clinical expertise in aiding clients through life's obstacles. With a particular interest in the dynamic changes that come with living life, I strive to create an individual plan to help you confront your fears, ease your sadness, create and reach new goals,
I believe each client is an individual, with unique strengths and struggles. Therefore, no session is alike. I will draw upon my training in cognitive behavioral, solution focused, narrative and mindfulness based therapies to help you realize your full potential. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
