I love getting to know individuals on a deeper level, and I am honored to provide a space for people to share their stories. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP). I have extensive training in treating eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. When working with food and body related issues I work from a Health At Every Size (HAES), weight inclusive, and anti-diet approach.
I also enjoy helping individuals work through any sensory related issues with food or selective eating behaviors (such as Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder or ARFID). I will help you (or your child) to decrease feelings of anxiety about food and meal times and build curiosity to try new foods.
My office is located in Springdale, and currently I am only accepting new clients for telehealth appointments. I am also licensed in Texas and can provide virtual services for individuals in Texas. I am an approved consultant through IAEDP and able to provide eating disorder consultation to other providers who are pursuing their CEDS certification.
