Are you struggling with pain, whether physical, emotional or spiritual and want to find healing? If you are dealing with church hurt, body image issues, physical health issues or a history of abuse you are in the right place. I am here to hold the space for you to just BE. To listen to your body, reconnect to each part of yourself, to actually feel your pain and not simply intellectualize it.
Drawing from a few therapeutic techniques I will work with you to address your pain points in the moment, following your pace in it all. I invite humor and playfulness into the healing space throughout our time as well. My main goal is to understand your core values and personality, and make efforts to support you in aligning your choices with who you are.
In our first session I will spend some time learning about your needs for therapy and interact with you the same as if you decided to continue working with me.
