Hello I am Abby Bange I am a therapist and dietitian/nutritionist. I work with groups, individuals and couples. Individually I see clients suffering from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss, loneliness and divorce. I draw from compassion based theories, mindfulness practice, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, CBT and more. My goal in each session is for my clients to feel safe seen and not judged. In the couples therapy side of my practice i draw from Gottman, Zoe Kors, Ester Perel, attachment theory, self compassion and mindfulness as well.
I have a dual masters in psychology and nutrition. I have working in nutritional counseling for over 15 years. I believe that to have wellness the mind, body, and spirit need to be tended too. I work with people on lifestyle using traditional talk therapy, breathe work, art and movement. Always following the clients lead on needs session to session.

Womens divorce group
