Howdy, my name is Abby Lenz and I am a Christian counselor serving the Dallas Metroplex area as well as the rural communities of the Texas Panhandle. My primary goal is to help everyone believe that even in darkness we can see light. I believe in empowered healing, forward growth, and a loving respect for the roads we walk in this life. Our stories matter, and it is my wish that when writing our stories together, we find light and peace.
My primarily focuses are working with teens and adults in the following areas: -Depression & Anxiety -Trauma Disorders -Grief and Loss - Adjustment Disorder - Young Adults and College Concerns -Life Transition Struggles - Emotional and Spiritual Burnout - Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
