Common challenges of clients I've worked with over the years include healing from past and current trauma, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck or blocked, and transitions of all kinds. I have extensive experience working with grief and loss, as well as, death and dying issues.
I've worked as a mental health counselor since 1993. My professional training includes exploration and studies in spirituality including earth based traditions, psychodrama and EMDR certification. I bring an integrative approach to our work together allowing me the ability to work with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
