I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping teenagers, adults, and couples to navigate the complexities of their lives. My approach is empathetic and empowering, providing a safe and supportive environment where clients develop resilience, coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change. In marriage therapy, I use principles of The Gottman Method to restore trust and effective communication. I enjoy helping clients to become mentally stronger, meet their life goals, and know that they are enough. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral, Holistic-Based, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic Therapy. I provide a collaborative space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I want clients to build resiliency so that we can find solutions to solve issues and move forward positively in life.

During the first two sessions, I gather in-depth information about your history and current struggles, so that I an fully understand where you have been in life and where you want to be.
