Relationships are beautiful and they are also incredibly challenging. Sometimes our deepest connections and relationships can experience unintentional wounding. This can be as a result of a variety of things inherently coming up for us that we may not yet realize or understand. As a PACT trained couple's therapist I provide a deep level of attunement to couples in session to locate tender spots and any underlying issues. I provide a space where couples can connect and be seen and heard by one another and ultimately move towards functioning securely together. Let's get you unstuck, out of old patterns and onto the same team, again.
In individual and couples therapy I help clients to locate an internal awareness they just don't have access to yet. Drawing heavily from attachment and relational theories I am able to explore the roots of reoccurring themes, patterns and cycles to help process and provide clarity in a welcoming space.
Additionally, I am LGBTQ+ welcoming, affirming, and supporting. However life looks right now, I have a deep passion of supporting people through their unique journey towards wellness. I look forward to connecting with you.
