I also have training in sand tray therapy, which works well with people of all ages. I have an integrative approach that is respectful of diverse cultural/religious backgrounds.

Empower: Mothers Experiencing Postpartum Struggles
Join us for this eight week, in person, small group for mothers experiencing postpartum disconnection. This group will be more than just a gathering. It will be an educational process group lead by a trained mental health counselor. A safe space for sharing experiences and overcoming mental health challenges. A place where you will be seen. It will begin April 10th.
