I also am passionate about helping others navigate through grief, relationship/familial conflicts, and low self-esteem.
My love for people and desire to help others allows me to create a safe space for all individuals seeking therapy. I use Motivational Interviewing in order to gain insight and perspective from my clients as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to focus on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as well as solutions to challenges.
