I am a licensed social worker who is passionate about helping others improve their well-being and quality of life. My goal as your therapist is to empower you to become the best version of yourself. I assist clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, and suicidal ideations/self-harm. I also am passionate about helping others navigate through grief, relationship/familial conflicts, and low self-esteem.
My love for people and desire to help others allows me to create a safe space for all individuals, families, and couples seeking therapy. I use Motivational Interviewing in order to gain insight and perspective from my clients as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with thoughts, feelings, and behaviors surrounding symptoms and situations.
