I consider it an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate the beauty and chaos of everyday life. I am passionate about mental health in all its complexity: how it shapes lives, relationships, and communities, and how culture and environment influence a person’s overall well-being. I work especially well with children, teens, caregivers, and families to improve communication and attachment, as well as supporting those who are struggling with emotion regulation and navigating life transitions such as emerging adulthood. Together we will aim for progress, not perfection.
My therapeutic style is one that provides empathic validation for your lived experiences while also encouraging growth through self-reflection and gentle challenging. I take an integrated approach to treatment; in addition to traditional talk-therapy, I incorporate art, music, aromatherapy, and other experiential modalities into my work with clients.
I hold a deep belief in the inherent goodness and worth of every person. I’m grateful not only to share what I know about behavioral health solutions, but also to learn from each of the humans I have the privilege of working with.
