I specialize in Eating Disorders, OCD & Perinatal Mental Health. My passion for this comes from my own journey to recovery and experience becoming a mom. Are you struggling with your relationship with food or accepting your body as it is? Do you feel trapped by intrusive thoughts & anxiety that feels like it has control over your life? I am a CBT therapist and am trained in I-CBT & ERP which are leading evidence based treatments for eating disorders and OCD. I operate through a harm reduction lens where the goal can be finding safer behaviors if extinction doesn't feel realistic yet. I am a HAES, non-diet provider because I believe all bodies deserve care in the pursuit of health.
I truly understand how scary it is to make changes when you don't know what those changes will lead to, but know it will be uncomfortable regardless. Although there is a lot of unknown in treatment and recovery, what you should always be able to count on is a provider you trust to walk through it with you!
