I am excited to work with clients who are ready and motivated to learn deeply about themselves and their relationships. I love to support people on their journey into vulnerability and change. I think change starts with connection to ourselves and those around us. I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples (ages 18+) with life adjustments/transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship dynamics. My style is rooted in empathy, connection, humor, and understanding. I approach people with an open and accepting mindset. I'm eager to meet you wherever you are in life and help you begin re-authoring your story.
I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Anthem, Ucare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, HealthPartners PMAP, Medical PMAP. Hennepin Health, and PreferredOne. We are not able to submit claims for HealthPartners Commercial or Medica/Optum/UMR/UHC Commercial policies. I also have private pay options if you do not wish to use insurance or want to bill for out of network.
I see clients in-person at our office in St. Paul and provide telehealth to clients across MN. I work in-office Wednesdays and Thursdays. I offer a 15 minute free consult.
