About
I am a Denver area licensed clinical psychologist. I provide individual psychotherapy for older adolescents and adults. I also provide psychological assessment services for children, adolescents and adults. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to learn about themselves and who are open to new ways of thinking, seeing and feeling, regardless of what particular issues bring them to therapy. I have special interest and experience in relationships, trauma and GLBT issues. I consider it an honor to work with clients through the life-changing process of therapy.
I help you identify painful patterns, understand where they come from, then help you rework them so you can think, feel and be differently. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You have your own individual life story and your therapy journey will be uniquely your own.
Often we stay stuck where we are because it's more familiar and predictable than change. You are in that pivotal place where you're considering taking the risk of trying something new. I commend you for taking the first step toward change and the life you want.
