My goal for my clients is for them to find healing in becoming more aware and connected to themselves and the world around them. I believe having a therapeutic relationship where the client feels safe and seen offers the perfect space for them to connect to each part of their being and this is what leads to change. A person’s bodily experience says so much about their internal mental state and vise versa, and the more they can accept each part of themselves, the more they can feel free to find healing and love. I’m here to facilitate this. I am so grateful for each client that allows me to be a part of this process.
Some of my focuses are in anxiety, depression, body-image issues, eating disorders, grief, and ptsd. Having my own personal experiences in each of these areas has built my own empathy for individuals suffering with each of these issues. Along with this, the clinical experience I have in working with these populations continues to teach me more about them.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are dealing with any assortment of these issues. I’m here to help.
