I provide therapy services to adolescent and adult individuals. I have experience working with diverse communities and have enjoyed providing compassionate and person-centered services to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties relating to gender identity and sexual orientation, phase of life changes, relationship issues, substance use, grief and loss, body image concerns, and disordered eating.
I utilize several different approaches when working with clients, including cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, strength-based, and collaborative solution-focused therapies. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye-movement based therapy that helps clients process past trauma and other difficult emotions.
I am committed to providing a safe and empowering space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as anybody who experiences societal marginalization or oppression due to systemic racism, ableism, or fatphobia. I like to use humor in session and firmly believe that therapy can be as enjoyable as it is difficult. I look forward to meeting you!
