Abby provides therapy services to adult individuals. Abby utilizes several different approaches when working with clients, including cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, strength-based, and collaborative solution-focused therapies. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye-movement based therapy that helps clients process past trauma and other difficult emotions.
Abby is committed to providing a safe and empowering space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as anybody who experiences societal marginalization or oppression due to systemic racism, ableism, or fatphobia.
