I love working with individuals and couples exploring life transitions, including those happening in early adulthood, career changes, beginning and ending relationships, fertility challenges, pregnancy, post-partum, parenting, perimenopause and menopause and other health diagnoses. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and trained in EMDR and IFS. I use a combination of my skills with all clients. I help clients who have complicated relationships with their body, who have trouble identifying and sharing with partners and who have blocks around sex.
I work with couples who have different desire levels. I help people work through various distressing experiences that limit their access to their own pleasure. I am interested in the ways intimacy are impacted by one's relationship with their body, particularly as a result of illness or surgery.
As a licensed social worker and marriage and family therapist, and AASECT certified sex therapist, I try to understand the intersectional identities of the people with whom I work.
