I do not believe in an “ideal client,” I am here to support everyone completely judgement free. Many of the people I work with experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, or substance use disorders. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and supporting you in your healing. I provide a collaborative and holistic approach with the understanding that everyone deserves respect, understanding, and forgiveness. I will assist you in learning healthy tools for managing emotions, regaining control over your life, setting boundaries, and increasing your self-compassion.
I began in the mental health field in 2018 working with teens in residential treatment centers. In 2022 I graduated with my MSW and a certificate in trauma treatment and began my career as a therapist working with children, teens, and adults in all stages of life. I have experience working with clients in inpatient, jails, and outpatient settings.
Sometimes life feels too chaotic, overwhelming, or sad, or we have experienced too much hurt in our lives. Other times we struggle to accept our own mistakes. I am here to offer non-judgmental support regardless of your history and help you learn skills to get through the difficult moments. There is nothing that is too much and no one that is too broken.
