In a supportive, stigma-free space, participants will learn practical strategies to strengthen confidence, maintain independence, and navigate daily life with more ease. Grounded in strengths-based tools and a spirit of gratitude, each session fosters resilience, connection, and a focus on what’s still possible. No diagnosis is required. Just a desire to adapt, grow, and live meaningfully. Group meets weekly.
