I use all of my experience, knowledge and talent to help my clients to reach their goals. Clients describe me as warm, relatable and insightful in my approach as we confront life challenges and emotional struggles. My years of experience and extensive training in contemporary trauma and relational treatments have helped those overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts and poor self esteem. We embark together towards developing a positive sense of self and a happier life. I strive to transform painful experiences into opportunities for healing and growth.
I have deep expertise both in individual and couples psychotherapy. Through my years of practice and training I have developed expertise in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem and conflicted relationships. I am well versed in EMDR, AEDP, IFS, CBT, and psychodynamic models. The therapy I provide is transformative and life changing.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, we are a team working intensively together towards reaching your hopes and goals. I welcome tears and laughter and strive to create a safe and enlivened setting and as we embark on your journey together. I have had success in treating so many clients and mentoring trainees.
