I am a licensed professional clinical psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with youth ages 0-18. I also specialize in early infant-parent psychotherapy, childhood development, parent-child relationships, parental mental health, and family wellness. I have has also received additional specialized training in trauma-informed care and multicultural psychology which are vital to youth wellness!
I use a collaborative, multicultural, and relational approach to services that support social connectedness, empowerment, cultural pride, and wellness. I believe that these tenets are the necessary pillars for children and families to heal, grow, and feel rooted, while navigating an ever-changing world.
