HI! I’m Abbie – a white, pansexual, neurodiverse, agnostic-athiest, nonbinary person. I’ve been a therapist for two years and love what I do! In and out of therapy, I am naturally compassionate, very curious, and values-driven. I tend to be very expressive and have been told on a couple of occasions that I remind people of a cartoon character, which I take as an excellent compliment on my openness, transparency, and unmasking. All of these parts of me help inform my version of therapy, allowing me to engage the folks I work with in introspective exploration of who they are and how they came to be.
I work with neurodivergent folks and those healing complex or identity-based trauma as well as people exploring who they are. Through a collaborative approach, I'll help you unpack patterns, understand their roots, and move toward self-acceptance in a world that often demands you be someone else.
As a therapist, I'm best described as inquisitive, empathetic, transparent, and non-judgmental. I aim to deepen my understanding of you every time we meet. I’ll share what I notice and offer perspectives when useful, but the answers are yours. You’re the one who knows what’s right for you — my job is to help you hear that voice.
