My role as a therapist is to meet you as a person first and to bring clinical experience with trauma-informed care and strengths-based interventions. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and being first Person-Centered to dive into your story & create space for you where you feel safe & understood.
