My therapy approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and safety. I work with people who want to establish healthier boundaries, increase their self-worth, and better understand themselves sexually. I am particularly passionate about helping women and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.
As a sex therapist, specific areas I explore with clients include mind/body connection, sex and sexuality (pleasure, barriers, shame, trauma, desires, gender, and more), ADHD, relationships (boundaries and communication), and attachment. Through this work, I help individuals discover confidence, personal autonomy, and a stronger sense of self.
