By utilizing a strengths-based approach, my clients work toward meeting their goals and becoming their best self. From anxiety to ADHD, I am here to walk with you through each challenge you may face.
With my background in Gender Studies, I understand how each of our identities impacts our daily lives. I utilize a feminist, trauma-informed, inclusive therapeutic model to provide space for each of these intersectional identities. All parts of the self are valuable to the therapeutic space.
