I am patient and supportive. I strive to help my clients find their own authentic paths. My primary modality is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which I can make as structured as you prefer. Having been trained in many types of therapy, I am able to use an eclectic approach, tailoring treatments to suit your unique needs.
I tend to work especially well with educators, health & wellness professionals, "witchy"/Pagan/spiritual, animal lovers/bunny people (I have a therapy bunny!), and Jews. I respond fastest by email. I look forward to hearing from you!
