My name is Abbie Zuidema and I am a Pre-Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT-LP) with SYNC Psychological Services, PLLC. In a session together we will integrate hands-on art making, talk therapy, and holistic healing, to create a nurturing environment that encourages creative expression and builds a strong connection. With nearly three decades as both an artist and a worker in the NYC restaurant industry, I come to my practice with artistic depth and life experience.

SYNC Psychological Services PLLC, is a comprehensive private group psychotherapy practice and clinical training facility based in Manhattan. We provide a variety of services to a diverse clientele via telehealth and in-person therapy in our Flatiron Offices (satellite offices in Syracuse and Kingston, NY). The group practice includes licensed psychologists, psychoanalysts, social workers, creative arts therapists, and trainees–a diverse and compassionate group of clinicians, serving adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
