I believe in the connection between our core beliefs and how we experience life. As such, my therapeutic style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR)/Internal Family Systems(IFS). However, I do use other modalities as they “fit” for the person and their concerns.
