I enjoy working with those struggling with anxiety or trauma related to their past experiences, interpersonal relationships or current life circumstances. I use creativity to help clients feel at ease and see things from a different perspective as well as addressing symptoms in order for them to start to feel relief and start 'living' again! I specialize in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation and BPD. I am also an approved clinical supervisor for LACs and an Art Therapy Certified Supervisor for LAATs and ATR-Ps working toward licensure/certification.

My belief is that the client knows best so I work from a person centered and trauma informed approach but I also pull from different modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing and reality therapy, based on the client’s needs.

Whether it be talking, creating art or both, I’m here to help you process life’s challenges, deal with stress and manage symptoms in order to help you start living life rather than just existing!
