You’re trying to be the safe person for your child or teen, but it’s exhausting when you don’t know what’s helping and what’s not. When they're hurting, it can feel like you're holding your breath, bracing for the next meltdown, the next shutdown, the next “I don’t care.” Maybe your teen has been through something hard, or maybe their pain is harder to trace, but you know it’s showing up in their relationships, their nervous system, and your family life. Healing happens not just through talking, but through felt safety and reparative experiences with children and teens, incorporating caregiver support sessions as needed.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and walk-and-talk sessions for children, teens, and families. Whether your child has experienced a big traumatic or is navigating the chronic stress of perfectionism, bullying, family tension, or emotional neglect, I work to create a space where they feel safe, empowered, and understood.
I also support parents in regulating their own nervous systems, staying connected through conflict, and making sense of what trauma actually looks like in a young person’s world.
My approach weaves together somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and attachment-based care. I offer a 15-minute free phone consultation and look forward to connecting soon!
