I understand that all brains are wired differently and adjust my modalities to meet you where you are at. I believe in providing a space where you can be your authentic self. I have experience working with a diverse population. I accept clients as young as 3 and up.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, techniques of Play Therapy, Person Centered and Motivational Interviewing. While using these different treatment modalities I strive to meet the client where they are at.
