My approach is honest, compassionate, and person-centered. I will work to get to know you as an individual, and collaborate with you to address your unique needs. Being a part of a person’s growth and development is an honor that I take very seriously, and am humbled by every day.
I am a generalist by training, and have specialized experience supporting clients through challenging life transitions, processing and healing from trauma, and serving LGBTQIA2+ populations. Teletherapy allows me to connect with clients anywhere in Alaska, bypassing geographical limitations and expanding access to care.
