Welcome! Therapy is a great place to learn about yourself and how you show up in the world. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgemental place where clients can learn about the relationship that they have with themselves and others, and to reflect on what is/is not working for them. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I work with adults, children, teens, families and couples to help them enhance the quality of their lives and relationships.
I enjoy helping people heal from unhealthy relationships, learn to regain their voice and confidence, and set healthy boundaries. I have a background in child development, and enjoy helping children/teens process their emotions, and learn to advocate for their needs in healthy ways. I also offer parenting support to parents in all stages of life.
