In my practice, I focus on empowering adults to create the family experiences and outcomes they want for themselves and their children. I specialize in supporting families with young children (birth-8 years old), including those before or during pregnancy (pre-baby counseling). My work is primarily on the adult level, both individual and couples, where we focus on better understanding ourselves and healing parts of the past, empowering clients to raise healthy, thriving children. This work aims to enhance adult relationships, parent-child relationships and overall personal parenting experience regardless of circumstances.
I offer an integrated approach to therapy that combines reflective parenting techniques, mindfulness, and evidence-based modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This unique approach aims to promote changes in thinking, behavior, and personal relationships. Specialization areas include neurodivergence, trauma, pre/postnatal.
Each person has a unique ability to heal themselves or grow in the area of their choice. I strive to personalize services based on the needs and input of my clients so they obtain the quality of support they are looking for.
