If you’re longing to feel more grounded, understood, and like yourself again, individual therapy can be a powerful place to begin. I offer a supportive space where you can speak freely and honestly about what you’re carrying—without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been hurting or confusing, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
In individual therapy (not couples counseling), my focus is on helping you become more attuned to your own emotions and find healthy, grounded ways to express your thoughts, feelings, and needs. I see every client as truly unique, and I’ll take the time to understand your strengths, values, and interests so our work together feels personal and meaningful.
My office is conveniently located within walking distance to the State Capitol and UW- Madison campus. When scheduling, please provide name of insurance. Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 9:00 - 4:00. Schedule flexibility varies.
