Im abbey and i work for GE Family Services as a Clinician in our Fairbanks office and provide telehealth throughout Alaska. I provides services to adolescents and adults with issues such as Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, First Responders, and veterans.
I believe everybody has a story and I love to listen. You hold the keys to your own success and some people just need assistance unlocking those keys. I do both short term and long term work.
I am trained in brainspotting, which is a new treatment that shows great results when working with trauma. I am an advocate of mindfulness practice and love to treat the whole person instead of the symptom. I utilize play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, brainspotting, and other modalities in my practice.
