I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the effects of painful or overwhelming experiences. Some people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what is contributing to their struggles. Others may be trying to understand patterns that have become difficult to carry forward. I offer a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I believe each person brings their own experiences and strengths into therapy. I tailor treatment to your needs while working together to understand patterns, explore what may be getting in the way, and identify what feels most helpful.
Beginning therapy can bring up many different feelings and questions. It is okay not to know exactly what you need or how to put it into words. I value taking the time to understand each person’s experiences and what has brought them to therapy, without judgment or assumptions.
