Hi all, thanks for checking out my page. Experiences of trauma, especially when they go unaddressed, can shape how we feel, think, and move through the world in many different ways. You are the expert of your story and my role is to walk alongside you—offering support, tools, and space as you move through the healing process. I approach therapy through an integrated lens, recognizing that our minds and bodies are deeply connected, and that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I also honor the importance of culture, identity, community, spirituality, and tradition as vital parts of the healing process.
