I have experience working with athletes, children, teens, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported and empowered to reach their mental health goals. I focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life changes, identity, sports-related concerns, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered, drawing from CBT, Mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, to build coping skills and foster growth.
My background in counseling and education has equipped me with a solid foundation allowing me to effectively support clients in their journey towards healing and personal growth.
I hold a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, where I was a Division 1 athlete, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Alabama. My personal experience as an athlete informs my passion for helping clients explore identity.
